1. Mechanical Operations & Maintenance

* Oversee the operation, preventive maintenance, and repair of all mechanical equipment including:

* Boilers, compressors, chillers, HVAC systems

* Pumps, generators, production machinery

* Fire protection and utility systems

* Ensure all equipment operates efficiently, safely, and within design limits

2. Regulatory Compliance (PEZA Requirement)

* Ensure compliance with **PEZA rules and regulations related to mechanical systems and plant operations.

* Prepare, sign, and submit required engineering reports, certifications, and documents for PEZA, including:

* Annual and periodic mechanical inspection reports

* Permit-to-operate documents

* Equipment registration and compliance reports

* Coordinate with PEZA, LGU, BFP, DENR, and other agencies during inspections and audits.
