• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in areas such as:

Hematology
Clinical Chemistry
Microbiology
Immunology/Serology
Blood Banking
Histopathology

• Collect, process, and analyze blood, urine, and other body fluid samples.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results through quality control procedures.
• Record and report laboratory findings accurately and promptly.
• Maintain laboratory safety standards and infection control protocols.
• Monitor inventory of laboratory supplies and reagents.
• Assist in training and supervising laboratory aides or interns.
• Stay updated with advancements in laboratory technology and best practices.
