**Job Description**

**UW Medical Center - Montlake has an outstanding opportunity for a Per Diem FTE, Variable days shifts, REGISTERED NURSE in the PRE ANESTHESIA DEPARTMENT.**

**WORK SCHEDULE**

· Per Diem

· Day Shift

· Variable Hour Shifts

**PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITES**
Our Pre-Anesthesia Clinic RNs provide pre-anesthetic assessment and teaching to 40-60 patients/day, either in clinic or by phone. Nurses receive specialty training to perform a complete pre-anesthesia evaluation.

**REQUIREMENTS**
Current unrestricted WA license
One year of recent ICU or ED/ER experience or prior PACU, Phase I and Phase 2
ACLS and PALS required
L-RN | REGISTERED NURSE LICENSE - WA State
