Registered Nurse Assessor Bronx

We are looking for a dedicated **Registered Nurse** to join our team in the Bronx. Help New York residents achieve a better quality of living by conducting UAS assessments and providing leadership to our regional team of Nurse Evaluators.

**The Basics**

+ **Pay Rate:** $60/hr
+ **Location:** Bronx, NY (3 days in community , 2 days remote)
+ **Hours:** Mon–Fri (8am–6pm) | Sat–Sun (10am–6pm) _Schedule flexibility available. 37.5 hours per week._

**Key Responsibilities**

+ **Field Evaluations:** Perform in-home patient evaluations in the Bronx area focusing on health strengths and care preferences via the **UAS-NY tool** .
+ **Team Support:** Act as a lead by instructing and observing new Nurse Evaluators during assessment visits to ensure high-quality service.
