The Role

This is a part-time fixed term contract working at St Georges Care Centre in Bayswater working 52.50 hours per fortnight. Please view the below roster.

Week 1 & 2

Wednesday: 22:00-07:15

Thursday: 22:00-07:15

Friday: 22:00-07:15

Please note, you must be able to commit to all days/shifts to be considered.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive reviews of residents through clinical assessments
• Safely administer medication to residents
• Falls management and prevention
• Complete documentation for residents ensuring accurate care planning and relevant supporting documents 
• Supervise the delivery of care plans on a daily basis
• Providing ongoing coaching, mentoring to the care staff
