The fantastic opportunity

• Deliver high quality clinical care to the residents of our 87 bed aged care home in Lyneham
• Permanent role working night shifts on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
• Be the sole Registered Nurse on duty from 22:00 to 7:00
• Provide supervision and direction to and Enrolled Nurse and Personal Care Workers
• Formulate, review and update care plans
• Analyse assessment results to determine care needs
• Complete comprehensive documentation and progress notes that reflect residents’ care
