Registered Nurse - Bishop Tyrrell Place

The Opportunity:

We have a permanent full-time opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our Anglican Care aged care service at Bishop Tyrell Place - Cundletown. 

You will have the ability to act as a team leader and mentor at ward level, participating in effective teamwork and maintaining communication with colleagues to promote collaboration and facilitate the coordination of person-centred care. Your strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills will prove invaluable as you work collaboratively with a range of staff.
