At Bupa St Kilda in Cambridge , you will work a consistent 32-hour roster rotating across morning, afternoon, and night shifts . This is a role for someone who is comfortable leading shifts, making clinical decisions, and maintaining strong continuity of care across a full 24/7 cycle.
You will be hands-on with residents, supporting daily care, managing clinical needs, and guiding care staff through each shift. Your ability to prioritise, respond to change, and keep standards high will shape the experience of both residents and your team.
