Job Description
This role offers an experienced Registered Nurse the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient cardiology office by triaging patient calls, accurately documenting in medical records, and providing clinical oversight and support to medical assistants. The nurse will use strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and teamwork skills to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate care for patients.
Responsibilities

+ Triage incoming patient calls by assessing symptoms, determining acuity, and providing appropriate clinical guidance or escalation.

+ Document patient interactions, assessments, and care plans accurately and thoroughly in the electronic medical record system.
