Nestled in the Porcupine Hills, Claresholm is close to many outdoor activities including camping, hiking, and fishing.Under the management of the Patient Care Manager, the Registered Nurse (RN) works as a leader of the health care team (i.e. charge nurse), collaborating on the delivery of care to meet the needs of patients/clients. The RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care of patients/clients and work in consultation with Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and members of the interdisciplinary team to meet the needs of more complex patients/clients.
