• Registered Nurse- Complex Continuing Care 2C- Temporary Full Time

Duties:

• Participate and collaborate with other health care providers in the provision of patient care.
• Effectively use the Standards of Nursing Practice and the Nursing Process in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of the patient.
• Provide health teaching to patients and family.
• Responsible for accurate collection of patient care data and the completion of the Functional Independence Measures form with this data.

Qualifications:

• Certificate of competency in Ontario
• Demonstrated competencies related to IV Therapy.

Knowledge:

• Demonstrated clinical competencies in managing all categories of restorative and rehabilitative care patients.
