Registered Nurse – Coronary Care Unit

A fantastic opportunity exists for a motivated RegisteredNurse to join a Coronary Care Unit Team on a part-time basis at a private hospital in Perth. ABOUT THE ROLE 
As a member of a clinical team, you will plan, deliver, and evaluate patient care with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse, and Shift Leaders to ensure a high standard of service is provided to patients. Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering evidence-based, patient-centred care across undefined presentations;

Conducting thorough clinical assessments and contributing to care planning across a 7-day rotating roster (Including Nights);

Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes;

Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in line with the hospital's standards and relevant legislation.
