We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Team Leader to provide clinical leadership within our busy rural practice.

This role is responsible for supporting high standards of nursing care, leading quality initiatives, and fostering a high‑performing, patient-centered team. In addition to leading the nursing team, you can still enjoy clinical time on the floor to stay connected to day-to-day patient care.
