This is an exciting opportunity to work with our primary care team working to full scope of practice.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assess patient health care needs (physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual) to identify appropriate nursing interventions from a primary care perspective
• Analyze findings of health assessments
• Interpret patient health records
• Monitor, record and report symptoms and changes in patients’ conditions
• Collect data through therapeutic relationships with patients

Treatment/Management

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician/nurse practitioner
• Administer vaccinations
• Blood pressure assessments
• TB skin tests
• Foot assessments / Foot care
