Team 10: Babylon, Bayshore, Brightwater, Deer Park, Gilgo Beach, Oak Beach, & West Islip. 
8 hour shifts (8:30AM to 4:30PM) - Rotating Weekends
Per visits are required to attend an entire first week of orientation Monday – Friday (8:30AM -4:30PM.)
Per Visits are required to work 1 shift per pay period.

Job Details

Our Home Care RN’s:
Case manage, assess, plan, develop and implement a comprehensive home health care plan for their patients.
Measure vital signs, Administer IVs, change dressings, clean wounds as needed
