Job Description
Join the Heart Function Clinic as a Registered Nurse (RN) and provide holistic care to patients with heart failure. This role focuses on high-quality nursing assessments and patient education.
The RN will work within the Schulich Heart Program, offering direct care and collaborating with different medical teams to support heart failure management. Responsibilities include triaging patients, conducting necessary clinical procedures, and monitoring patient data through the Medly Application for better health outcomes. Your communication skills are essential for educating patients and families in both clinic and ambulatory settings.
