RNs work closely with a multidisciplinary team, engaging in discharge planning and quality improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage total care for a diverse oncology patient group
• Work collaboratively with interprofessional healthcare teams
• Assist in effective discharge planning processes
• Involve in quality improvement efforts and presentations
• Provide mentorship to student and new nurses
Requirements:
• Active Ontario Registration and B.C.L.S. Certificate
• Preferred B.ScN. and nursing oncology credentialing
