Job Description
Begin your career as a Registered Nurse through Alberta's Graduate Nurse Transition Pilot Program. This initiative is designed for newly graduated nurses looking to develop their skills with expert support.
Over 12 months, participants will experience two phases: enhanced orientation and independent practice. In Phase 1, you’ll work closely with an experienced Clinical Guide to tailor your learning plan, leading to a seamless transition into Phase 2 where you'll practice independently but still receive mentorship. This comprehensive training is crafted to empower you as a healthcare provider.
