Registered Nurse - Home Health 7-7 On Call Option

Full Time (80 Hours Biweekly)

7 shifts per pay period

On call 4:30pm (3:30pm weekends and holidays) til 8am

Work every other weekend on call

**General Summary**

Provides professional nursing services to individuals in the home through a process of nursing assessment, planning, care and evaluation in accordance with physicians' orders, the established plan of care, the patient's diagnosis, corporate policy and procedures and the Nurse Practice Act. Carries primary care management functions for assigned patients.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

**Essential Functions:**

+ Assesses the physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and environmental needs of assigned patients on the initial visit and reassesses same on each subsequent visit.
