Wellspan Ephrata's Progressive Care Unit is a 9-bed unit providing care to patients requiring medical and surgical progressive care. Our patient population consists of patients with acute lung disease processes requiring BiPAP; those with atrial arrythmias needing IV anti-arrhythmic medications; DKA patients on insulin drips; post VATS patients needing chest tube management; alcohol withdraw patients on Precedex drips; and post PCI patients.
