Job Description
- To plan, deliver, and evaluate nursing care and treatment, or as directed by the Nursing Manager / ACN.
- To carry out all treatments prescribed by doctors, monitor and document patients' conditions, and promptly report any adverse events to the Nursing Manager / ACN.
- To verify and document the administration of prescribed medications.
- To commence intravenous therapy as ordered by doctors, administer IV medications, and maintain accurate records.
- To ensure comprehensive and up-to-date nursing documentation for each patient, and keep all relevant staff informed of any changes in patients' conditions or treatment plans.
- To take appropriate measures to safeguard patient safety and report any accidents or incidents to the Nursing Manager / ACN.
- To coordinate with other departments regarding patients' investigations and treatments, as required or instructed by the Nursing Manager / ACN.
