Registered Nurse

1. To plan, provide & evaluate nursing care and treatment, as instructed by the Nursing Manager.
2. To carry out doctor's prescribed treatment to the patient, to observe & record all patient's condition and to report accordingly any adverse events to the Nursing Manager.
3. To check, administer and record the administration of prescribed drugs.
4. To document, maintain accurate nursing record of patient and to ensure that all staff are aware of patient's conditions or any changes in treatment.

Requirements

• Diploma in Nursing with annual practicing certificate from the Nursing Board of Malaysia.
• Able to perform rotating shift.
