BayCare Health Systems Is Currently Seeking An Experienced OR Registered Nurses To Join Our Outstanding And Compassionate Float Team. BayCare Offers a Variety Of Assignment Options Including

• System Pool- 13-week full time assignment for assigned O.R - unit provided schedule - block scheduling not available- current assignments available with Sept 15 and 29th start dates.

Seasonal 13-week assignments available November-May which have stipend option. MUST live greater than 100 miles from facility to be eligible.

The Registered Nurse works in a hospital setting and independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards. Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.

• The registered nurse collaborates and communicates with inter-disciplinary care providers in developing and assisting in plan of care.
