Position Summary
The Site Nurse is responsible for providing occupational health services to employees at solar panel construction project sites. The role focuses on promoting workplace safety, administering first aid and medical care, monitoring employees' health conditions, and supporting compliance with occupational safety and health standards as required by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and Department of Health (DOH).
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Medical Services & Emergency Response
Provide first aid and emergency care to workers in case of accidents, injuries, or health concerns.
Administer prescribed medicines and monitor employee health status.
Coordinate with hospitals/clinics for medical emergencies and referrals.
Occupational Health Monitoring
Conduct health assessments, vital signs monitoring, and basic medical examinations of site personnel.
