Registered Nurse

Key Responsibilities
Provide first aid and basic medical treatment for work-related injuries and illnesses.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and coordinate with external medical facilities when necessary.
Maintain and update medical records, incident reports, and health logs.
Monitor employees health conditions, including pre-employment, annual, and return-to-work medical clearances.
Assist in implementing occupational health and safety programs.
Conduct health education sessions (e.g., hygiene, heat stress, fatigue management).
Inspect and maintain first aid kits, medicines, and medical equipment at construction sites.
Support drug testing, medical examinations, and wellness initiatives as required.
Coordinate with HR, Safety Officers, and Site Managers regarding health-related concerns.
Ensure compliance with DOLE, OSH standards, and company safety policies.
Assist during audits, safety drills, and incident investigations.
