Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (Medical Surgical/Tele) provides patient-centered, evidence-based care in a dynamic ED hold environment and floats to Medical Surgical/Tele when not utilized in ED holding. The role focuses on rapid assessment, safe medication administration, appropriate device monitoring, and accurate documentation while advocating for patient needs.
Responsibilities:

• Assess patients and recognize changes in condition to initiate appropriate interventions.
• Perform and document clinical procedures including IV therapy, Foley catheter care, and wound/dressing management.
• Administer medications safely in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Educate patients and families using evidence-based teaching strategies and verify understanding.
