Registered Nurse

The Fertility Nurse is responsible for coordinating and delivering patient-centered care throughout all stages of the fertility journey, including clinical cycle coordination, patient education, support during procedures, and recovery room care. The nurse manages a caseload of patients, ensures clear and accurate documentation, supports quality assurance processes, and provides compassionate emotional support. This role includes responsibilities in both fertility care and operating room/recovery care and may require travel between the Mississauga and Oakville clinic locations.

FUNCTIONAL AREAS

• Counsels, educates, and coordinates patient care throughout all phases of fertility treatment including pre-screening, treatment, and post-treatment follow up
• Manages a caseload of patients and ensures physician orders are communicated and understood
