• To plan, deliver, and evaluate nursing care and treatment, or as directed by the Nursing Manager / ACN.
• To carry out all treatments prescribed by doctors, monitor and document patients’ conditions, and promptly report any adverse events to the Nursing Manager / ACN.
• To verify and document the administration of prescribed medications.
• To commence intravenous therapy as ordered by doctors, administer IV medications, and maintain accurate records.
• To ensure comprehensive and up-to-date nursing documentation for each patient, and keep all relevant staff informed of any changes in patients’ conditions or treatment plans.
• To take appropriate measures to safeguard patient safety and report any accidents or incidents to the Nursing Manager / ACN.
