About the role:
Working Mon-Fri in the community 40 hours per week providing oversight of homecare and delivering community-nursing services. Work with a diverse team, with autonomy in your role and the ability to plan your daily schedule.

• Tailor client assessments and care plans
• Wound care management
• Deliver nursing interventions in clients own home
