Newborn Transitional Nurse - Labor & Delivery

This role focuses on providing specialized, compassionate care to newborns during their critical transition from birth to postnatal life. Key responsibilities include attending deliveries, initiating Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) interventions as needed, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and supporting families during this important experience. The nurse will work collaboratively with physicians and the broader healthcare team to ensure each infant receives high-quality, individualized care. The ideal candidate is a registered nurse with experience in neonatal or pediatric settings, strong clinical assessment skills, and a compassionate, family-centered approach to care.
