The Leduc Community Hospital OR is a dynamic, fast‑paced unit with 3 theatres supporting a broad range of surgical services, including orthopedics, otolaryngology, general surgery, plastics, urology, vascular, and neurology. Known for short cases, efficient turnover, and strong interdisciplinary collaboration, our OR offers RNs the opportunity to develop broad perioperative expertise in a supportive, community‑based setting. You will play a key role throughout the perioperative patient experience, delivering care that is safe, patient‑ and family‑centered, and aligned with AHS policies, professional standards, and ORNAC guidelines. You will be accountable for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care, while confidently supporting all surgical services.
