If you are an experienced nurse looking to jump in and make a big impact in the lives of vulnerable, at-risk individuals in your community, this is the role for you.

The After-Hours Outreach Service (AHOS) team at The Living Room utilises an assertive outreach model to assist adults with complex health needs who are primarily vulnerable, sleeping rough, living in insecure accommodation or accessing social services in Melbourne.

As one of our Outreach Registered Nurses, you will provide street-based health care to our clients and provide service referrals as necessary. You will start and end your shifts at The Living Room but will work across Melbourne CBD. Shifts commence at 3pm and continue until 11pm, from Wednesday to Sunday.
