The Registered Nurse (RN) BSN provides direct and in-direct patient care by adhering to the nursing process in a collaborative environment, promoting optimal patient outcomes through evidence-based practice, care coordination, and patient and family engagement.

Primary Accountabilities

• Provides safe and effective nursing care based on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs across the care continuum.
• Administers medications, perform treatments, and document care activities in accordance with Health First's policies and procedures.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care, participate in rounds, and support discharge planning.
• Applies critical thinking to promptly identify changes in patient condition and initiate the appropriate interventions.
