As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Jarlette Health Services, you are an integral part of the healthcare team and under the direction of the Director of Care in the home will manage, evaluate, and facilitate the residents’ plan of care through collaboration with the resident, family members and the interdisciplinary team.

The following traits and qualifications are required:

• Candidates must possess a current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario. O. Reg. 246/22, s. 51
• Experience in a Long Term Care (Gerontology) setting is an asset
• Perform care planning and coordination of care in a diverse multidisciplinary care team
• A demonstrated use of current care technology.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
