Registered Nurse- Per-Diem Days 7 AM - 7 PM, Oncology Atlantic Health Morristown Medical Center

The Per Diem Oncology Registered Nurse is responsible for providing high‑quality nursing care to patients with cancer and other complex medical conditions. This role involves assessment, monitoring, medication administration, care planning, patient education, and close collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals. The PD RN ensures safe, compassionate, and compliant care while supporting optimal patient outcomes.

Principal Accountabilities:


+ Maintain accurate, complete, and timely patient healthcare records and clinical reports

+ Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patients for side effects, adverse reactions, and therapeutic effectiveness

+ Prescribe and coordinate assistive medical devices and related supportive treatments in accordance with scope of practice
