Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Scrub Scout to join our high-performing team.
In this role, you will provide evidence-based, person-centred perioperative care, while contributing to a safe, collaborative and high-quality clinical environment. You will also take a leadership role in coordinating care and supporting Enrolled Nurses and junior staff.
About You
You are a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse who thrives in a perioperative setting and is passionate about delivering best practice care.
Essential Criteria:
Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent
Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA
Postgraduate qualification in Perioperative Nursing (Desirable)

Experience & Skills:
Demonstrated experience in perioperative nursing
Strong clinical assessment, planning and evaluation skills
Ability to supervise and support ENs, graduates...
