Registered Nurse

I. Provide Nursing service to employees of the Company.

• Take Vital Signs (Blood Pressure, Temperature, Pulse Rate & Heart Rate.
• Make Nurses Notes of every patient and place in their individual file.
• Provide Emergency First Aid Treatment.
• Transport injured or severly ill patient in the nearest accredited hospital.
• Order, dispense and administer prescribe medicine.
• Maintains the sterility of all medical equipment.
• Evaluate Pre-employment Medical result of all applicants.
• Recommends health and wellness activity and other safety program for the company.
• Arrange Hospitalization & appointment of employees with the hospital specialist.
• Performs other task related to employees welfare.

II. Performs assorted Administrative duties including:
