This role is central to delivering high-quality, culturally safe primary care services to Squamish Nation Members across the North Shore and Squamish Valley. As part of a multidisciplinary care team, you will support patient wellness across the lifespan—from prevention and health promotion to chronic disease and complex care—helping strengthen individual, family, and community health outcomes.
