Summary The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) at the La Crosse Community-Based Outreach Clinic (CBOC) supports the Nurse Manager (NM) with supervisory duties, responsibility, and accountability for the operation of their designated units. The incumbent of this position will function as a role model, educator, practitioner, and supervisor to the team. They enhance care outcomes through collaboration and implement new evidence-based cutting-edge processes to meet the needs of Veterans and their caregivers.
