About The Role

As a Registered Nurse in our Smith Creek Village Community, you will provide team leadership, develop care plans, assess unstable residents, and execute various nursing interventions, including medication administration, treatment, and patient transfers. You are a key leader in delivering compassionate, person‑centred care, supporting residents with complex health needs while fostering strong relationships within the team and broader community.
