Registered Nurse (RN) | Critical Care Transport/High Acuity Response Team (HART)

About the Job

Interior Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the HART team at Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital in Trail, BC. The HART program delivers mobile critical care to rural patients, providing care for adult, pediatric and neonatal patients who require care beyond Basic Life Support. The team includes a Critical Care RN and a Registered Respiratory Therapist, supported by BC Ambulance Service paramedics and an on‑call physician. HART RNs also support patient care at the base hospital when not on transport.

Employment Terms

The position is a casual role with variable hours, ranging from 0 to 37.5 hours per week on an as‑needed basis. Shifts rotate between 07:00–19:00 and 19:00–07:00.
