Case Manager
Primary Function/General Purpose of Position
The Registered Nurse's primary function is to plan, provide, supervise, and coordinate care to patients with an array of injuries, diseases, and compromised health states. The Registered Nurse providescomprehensive skilled nursing services to qualified patients in their homes so that the stated goals and objectives of the agency can be achieved. The nurse works with minimum daily supervision or support while performing interdependent practice in the field.
Essential Job Functions
Requires operation of a vehicle for our organization.
Due to this job requirement, the selected candidate/employee must possess a valid, current driver's license.
