Duties Description Greater Binghamton Health Center (GBHC) is recruiting a Registered Nurse Supervisor 1 Psychiatric to supervise registered nurses and direct care. Candidates from outside or within State Service can apply.

As Registered Nurse Supervisor 1 Psychiatric, you will supervise and coordinate the activities of assigned nursing and direct care staff including:
• Directing and reviewing the work of nursing staff
• Preparing and monitoring staffing schedules
• Developing daily staffing plans for nursing care
• Ensuring compliance with established standards of nursing care in accordance with State, federal, and accreditation agency requirements
