The Opportunity: 

We have an opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our aged care team at Kilpatrick Court in Toronto. This role is a permanent ongoing position as the 2nd RN on shift.

Thursday 22:15 - 06:45

Sunday 22:15 - 06:45

Week 2

Thursday 22:15 - 06:45

You will have the ability to act as a team leader and mentor at ward level, participating in effective teamwork and maintaining communication with colleagues to promote collaboration and facilitate the coordination of person-centred care. Your strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills will prove invaluable as you work collaboratively with a range of staff.
