This position allows for varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, where you’ll assess patients, deliver health education, and manage home care cases. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patients and determine nursing interventions
• Plan and evaluate patient care with the team
• Deliver health education programs effectively
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Supervise licensed practical nurses and other personnel
Requirements:
• Fluent in English with a nursing diploma
• 1-2 years of relevant experience required
