• Handle patient or provider inquiries related to medications, prescriptions, or healthcare benefits
• Verify and interpret prescription information and healthcare data
• Ensure accurate processing of pharmacy-related transactions or documentation
• Comply with regulatory and company standards for handling confidential medical information
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and internal teams to resolve complex issues
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all client interactions
• Licensed Registered Pharmacist (RPH) in the Philippines
• Minimum of 1 year BPO Healthcare experience (Preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal
• Willing to work onsite in Taguig
