Registered Physical Therapist

We are looking for Licensed Physical Therapist to be part of our growing Clinical Account

Tasks:

• To complete a Progress Summary Report
• Transcribe the information from the treating physical therapist's Initial Evaluation (IE) and/or Progress Note (PN) onto the Streamline Progress Summary Report template. The information transcribed includes the report date, pain rating, range of motion (ROM), strength, functional lifting, work status, therapist's summary assessment and plan of care/recommendations
• Download and review the referral document
• Update referral in Magellan system
• Access and update Progress Summary Report
• Transcribe necessary information to PSR
• Case submission

Qualifications:

• Must be Philippines Licensed Physical Therapist
• 3 to 5 years experience as Physical Therapist gained from Hospital or Rehabilitation Facility
