**Job Description****BSO LEAD (Full-Time) - Haliburton**Candidates are invited to apply for the part-time position of BSO Lead at our Haliburton home, located in Haliburton, Ontario.**RESPONSIBILITIES*** Lead for the Responsive Behaviours Program* Coordinates the BSO interdisciplinary team meetings and rounds working collaboratively with social work, pharmacy and physicians* Participates actively with the Professional Advisory Committee, Medical Advisory Committee, Quality Committee and other teams as required* Through demonstrated knowledge of best practices for dementia, delirium, depression and other mental health issues and their effect on clients, families and caregivers, coordinates training and support for all staff, residents, families and volunteers in managing responsive behaviours* Completes all required reports and statistics as required for the home, CELHIN and MOHLTC* Contributes to the completion of annual quality protocols and program evaluations* Sets goals, creates ac...
