In this role, you will report to the Director of Care and be integral in delivering high-quality nursing services at Southbridge Care Homes. Responsibilities include assessing residents, formulating care plans, and directing nursing staff to uphold standards of care. Your involvement is key to achieving optimal health outcomes for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver resident care per established nursing standards
• Evaluate and implement effective care plans for residents
• Organize and manage restorative and palliative care
