Registered Practical Nurse – Full Time
Location: London, Ontario – Woodfield Gate (Service Address)
Overview
As a Registered Practical Nurse reporting to the Program Manager, you will work within your full scope of practice to coordinate and deliver holistic health care to residents in a supportive housing model, collaborating with Registered Nurses and the Clinical Lead. You will provide person‑centered, evidence‑based care across physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual dimensions, while demonstrating resilience and empathy for people who have experienced marginalization.
Hours of Work
Full‑time, 40 hours per week. Work days: Tuesday through Saturday (8‑hour shifts). On‑call rotation: one week every 4‑6 weeks (24/7 cell phone available).
